Selling

• Send an email to the ice scheduler (icescheduler@rosemounthockey.org)
• Include Your Team Name
• Include Your Name and Email
• Include Date, Start Time, End Time and Rink 
• Include Solo or Shared and Team the ice is shared with
• DO NOT DELETE OR EDIT YOUR CALENDAR EVENT until it has been sold.  If it does not sell, you will need to mark as cancelled or skate a double that day.

Purchasing

• Contact the manager selling the ice to check to see if it is still available.
• If a sale is worked out, email the ice scheduler and Cc the manager you are purchasing from with details of the sale and request the master ice schedule be updated.
• Both teams will receive an mail from the ice scheduler that the changes have been updated to the master schedule.
• Each manager should update their calendars accordingly
• If the purchasing team is moving into a SHARED practice, please contact the team you are sharing with to notify them that your team is now sharing with them.

Mite/8U Manager

Email the person selling the ice event to make your purchase.  Once purchase is confirmed, please email the ice scheduler confirming your team is purchasing the ice with the following details:

Your Team, Date, Time, Rink and Team you are purchasing from.

The ice scheduler will confirm cost and coordinate delivery options for payment.

Once payment is received, the ice scheduler will send out an email confirming payment receipt and notify the traveling manager that they can delete the event from your calendar.  

RCC $235       IGH $225      Pond $225

• Contact and reserve the ice times directly through the Arena.  Payment can ALSO be arranged through direct bill for rinks that we have accounts with (See Below).
• If your ice time is at a rink that is not listed below, ask the arena contact if they can send a bill to RAHA for immediate payment(see CONTACT tab on homepage for address).  If immediate payment is requested, you may have to pay by credit card and request reimbursement through the RAHA accountant once your ice bill is paid for that month.
• Once details are Confirmed, Fill out the Ice Request Registration below to send the details  to the RAHA Ice Scheduler
• Ice Scheduler will add to Master Schedule and do a software update to NGIN so it shows up on your calendar
• The ice cost will be added into your team monthly ice bill for that month.
